The Works Council for Scientific Staff represents the interests and concerns of employees as their strong voice, with the aim of creating a participatory, solidary, feminist, inclusive, diverse, fair, and sustainable university. The realization of these principles is intended to ensure that all members of our university can carry out their responsibilities with joy and success. Excellent research, teaching, and third mission activities require a safe and appreciative environment. Only in such a setting can individual excellence and productive collaboration succeed.
